Admin
Current structure
The app now has four primary workflows: Flyers for browsing and reading store flyers, Offers for saved highlights and reminders, Shopping for household lists, and Receipts for household receipt capture and review. More holds Inventory, Insights, Settings, and the admin-only Terminal entry.
Hidden or misplaced items
Receipt tools include upload, camera capture, review, verification, image rotate/zoom, AI extraction retry, manual line editing, product price search, and product/store/category management. Search and Management are valuable but are only discoverable after entering Receipts.
Inventory and Insights are useful household tools, but they fit better as secondary destinations under More than as permanent top-level navigation items.
Sync, storage, Receipts AI, and Terminal should remain admin-only. Terminal is now easier to reach from More without exposing it to non-admin users.
Recommended split
Keep the primary menu to Flyers, Offers, Shopping, Receipts, and More. Put Inventory, Insights, and Settings under More, with Terminal shown there for admins only. Inside Settings, keep normal user sections first: Account, Households, Reminders, Notifications, and Subscriptions. Keep admin settings grouped by responsibility: operations for sync, storage, and cleanup; developer configuration for Receipts AI and Terminal-related setup.
Why this works
The everyday menu stays short without hiding Receipts, which is a real household workflow. Secondary household tools and configuration move into More, while admin-only controls stay gated and easier to find.
Auto-sync schedule
Scraper runs every N hours between start and end (Vienna time).
